AUTOMATIC TRAINING CLUB
Bikes are expensive. Nonsensically expensive. It makes us ill. That's why we offer Dollar-a-Day coaching with the Automatic Training Club. We think everyone deserves a shot at performance, not just those with cash to burn. Want to test the waters of structured training, but aren’t ready for a big commitment just yet? Dollar-a-Day.
Need a little extra motivation to stay fit in the winter, but can’t justify a full-time coach? Dollar-a-Day.
Are you a young gun, chasing big performance goals, but can’t afford the white glove treatment? Dollar-a-Day.
Do you currently have a coach, but want to see what else is out there before making the jump? Dollar-a-Day!
Dollar-a-Day with the Automatic Training Club is the perfect tool for the curious, the half committed, the underpaid. For one dollar per day, you can’t afford not to try.
Dollar-a-Day!
Well jeez, for one dollar per day, it can’t be very good.
Not so fast there, hotshot. It’s actually really good. How good?
Good enough to win Athens Twilight. Good enough to win Spartanburg. Good enough to win Harlem (twice) and Wilmington (four times), and Janesville, and West Allis, and Downer Ave, Riverton, Belgian Kermesses, Interclubs, National titles… you get the idea.
It’s the same training used by us. Detailed. Specific. Do the work, you’ll improve.
So what, I just sign up and do the training by myself?
No, ya Silly Billy!
While Dollar-a-Day may not include on-call review like our private coaching, it does include the weekly club call, every Wednesday at 8pm Eastern.
We all get together, shoot the breeze, maybe have a beer, and talk about the week. What went well, what didn’t go so well, and how we can improve. It’s a fun, low-stress way to stay engaged with the training by building a little community with people like you!
In addition to that, we have our club Slack for daily communication with Tom and the other athletes. Ask questions, share race schedules, send cute kitten memes… The Slack is your oyster!
So come hang out! We love bikes, and we love talking about them.
What if I hate it?
Try it for a month. If you hate it after that, I’ll give you your thirty bucks back.
I want you to be strong, I want you to be confident, and most importantly, I want you to be happy. Coaching is like dating. Not everyone fits together. If you get in it and it’s not for you, no harm, no foul.
You’ve got nothing to lose, and everything to gain.
